赵婉如，伊水生莲居斋主。１９６９年２月出生，先后毕业于泰山学院美术系，曲阜师范大学美术系国画专业，获文学学士学位。２００２－２００４就读于中国艺术研究院，从师龙瑞陈绶祥老师主攻中国山水画。现为泰山学院美术系讲师。
