[/b] 1． 用温水浸泡双手，将手洗净。

2．涂抹具有去角质功能的磨砂膏，在手背和手指等部位轻轻按摩两三分钟，老化角质较多的部位，如关节皮肤褶皱等处多按摩一两分钟。

3． 以温水洗净。

4． 涂抹3倍于平日涂抹手霜量。涂抹均匀。

5． 用保鲜膜将手部包住，或带上保湿手套
