急救??

打开pplive出现如下提示后,pp自动关闭?
Application has encountered aproblem and needs to close.We sorry for the inconvenience.
Error information has been recorded in file‘crash.log’.
怎么解决?
还有Windows Media Player10和11都安装不上,出现
  Windows Media与Windows 版本不兼容
怎么解决??

前几天电脑中毒,杀毒后就成这样了,以前都很好!!!!!

重装系统吧,装好后做个GHOST备份,以后有问题,直接GHOST还原就行了.

要是旧版本，请下载最新版本装上后，再试

如果问题还是依旧，请执行以下步骤

在cmd里运行
for %1 in (%windir%\system32\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %1

执行完后重新启动
