情人节到了,咱也贴个巧克力制品应景哈。我不喜欢用黄油、奶油之类的材料来做巧克力球,觉得太不健康啦,用芋头泥和黑巧来做的话,就健康多了,滑滑的口感,也很不错吃。
做法:1)芋头三个,去皮,切片,煮熟后沥干水份,捞出到碗里,抓一把黑巧克力豆(或者把块状黑巧克力切碎)。

2)用勺子背把芋头片碾碎。因为刚煮好的芋头片是热的,巧克力遇热融化,就成了一碗粘粘的巧克力芋头泥,加2大匙可可粉,拌匀。

3)找一个盘子,抹上一层色拉油防粘(我这里用的是油纸,也可以保证不粘),双手都抹上色拉油(不抹的话,芋头泥会粘在手上),把巧克力芋头泥团成光滑的球。

4)小碗或者小饭盒里放入可可粉,把揉好的芋头球放入滚几滚,让表面粘上一层粉。或者,把板状巧克力切碎,用同样的方法,把芋头球上粘满巧克力碎。

5)滚好的芋头球,用保鲜盒装好,放冰箱冷藏30分钟即可。

注:1)在第二步加完可可粉拌匀以后,会觉得芋头泥还是粘粘软软的,不过,不建议加更多的可可粉,因为加太多的话,最后的口感会比较硬。只要手上抹油,就可以很容易地团成光滑的芋头球啦!
2)照片是做好以后马上拍的,所以那个裹可可粉的球颜色不深,等放置一阵之后,颜色就变深啦。
