做法:1)准备主要的材料:8朵白蘑菇,切碎。一小碗北极虾,化冻。

2)锅热油,炒香葱末蒜末,倒入蘑菇碎,加盐和黑胡椒粉炒至水分蒸发掉,盛到碗里,加切碎的虾仁,加2大匙Feta芝士或者其他自己喜欢的芝士,然后拌匀。

3)把买来的现成酥皮取出三大张或者四大张,摞在一起,按照包装上的说明,一张一张掀起,刷上一层橄榄油或者黄油,刷完油后还是保持摞在一起。

4)把摞起来的酥皮切成大小合适的块儿,我切的比馄饨皮稍大些。然后在每一小摞的酥皮上,舀一些刚刚拌好的馅儿。

5)揪起来四边儿,捏紧。放到稍微抹油的烤盘上。

6)放入预热到华氏350度的烤箱烤6-10分钟,或直至酥皮烤成好看的金黄色即可。

注:1)关于酥皮,起源于土耳其,也叫Phyllo,这个词在希腊语中是“叶”的意思,是由面粉加水和少许的油,然后用机器压成的如纸一样薄的薄片。在大超市的冷冻柜应该有卖。

2)馅儿的方面,可以根据喜好随意发挥,不过,无论使用什么馅儿,都应注意A)使用已经加工熟的馅儿,B)要把馅儿弄得比较干,以免浸到酥皮,影响口感。
