  1、金针菇半斤。
  2、芥末膏适量。
  3、大葱一根。
  4、蒜一瓣。
  5、朝天椒四、五个(不能吃辣的可用甜椒代替)。
  6、白糖一咖啡匙。
  7、白醋两大匙。
  8、香油一匙。
  9、盐、味精适量。

  1、切去金针菇的根部,洗净;蒜剁末;大葱、辣椒均切细丝;将芥末膏、白糖、白醋、盐、味精、香油、适量纯净水或冷开水放同一个碗里调成味汁。

  2、锅中加水烧沸,下金针菇煮约五分钟至熟。

  3、捞出过凉水,控干水分。

  4、金针菇放碗里,加入调好的味汁、辣椒丝、大葱丝、蒜末。

  5、拌匀后装入小碗里,压紧实。
