碟内来自不同年份、不同歌者的经典中文流行歌曲，将原版中本令人感到不是味儿的沙沙石石彻底去除，而人声的自然细腻度以及情感的描绘
力获得却大幅度的提升。这是我手上持有的原版无可比拟的!<BR><BR>这张《极品之选》的选曲是以。Oldies为制作理念；不想也不知，原来在
不知不觉间我们在求学阶段以至初踏足社会期间那听惯听熟的刘美君「午夜情」、林志美「感情的段落」、徐小凤「无奈」、曾路德（唱歌）
与俞争（独白）「天各一方」、何家丽「伤心酒店」、卢业眉「为什幺」、林忆莲「激情」、甄妮「梦想号黄包车」以至彭家丽与苏永康合唱
的「从不喜欢弧单一个」，今日已被视为老歌了。<BR><BR>「午夜情」与「公子多情」可说是刘美君的歌唱事业最辉煌时期的经典代表作，这
两轨录音经雨果LPCD45母带制作技术处理过后，音响效果听来具有一份更浓重的模拟味道；在此之前如想在CD重放中尽情感受到刘美君那少女
情窦初开的韵味实在是一种奢望，惟有在她的黑胶碟内才能感受到；然而我竟能在《极品之选》她的两段录音之中不难感受到，实在令人惊喜!
