男子强奸少女后其姐夫抢受害人内裤毁证
安徽人王二毛毫无人性地强奸了还不到15岁的远亲兼小老乡谭雪，其姐夫吴一风为了帮王二毛洗脱罪责，竟然从谭雪父亲手中抢过留有王二毛强奸证据的内裤。更让人觉得匪夷所思的是，吴一风将内裤洗涤之后，又还给了谭雪的父亲。虽然内裤被洗了，但证人证言证明了王二毛的恶行，他还是没有逃脱坐牢的命运。而吴一风也因毁灭证据罪，于11月25日被判处有期徒刑六个月，缓刑一年。
王二毛今年40岁，是个农民，安徽明光人，只有小学文化。之前在南京打工，干一些拖货的活，挣点小钱。为了省钱，他和几个老乡都在建邺区双闸一带合租一间房子住。去年11月4日晚，和王二毛同住一室的两名男老乡出去拖货，屋里只剩下王二毛和谭雪、王娟两个女孩。王娟觉得和一个大男人住在一起有点不方便，便跑到隔壁，和姐姐睡在一起。这样一来，只有15岁的谭雪只能独自一人和王二毛住在一间屋里。当晚，谭雪在朦胧中觉得有人钻进了自己的被子里，继而被惊醒，结果，她发现王二毛正在脱自己的衣服。
王二毛是谭雪的远亲，谭雪到南京打工，就是王二毛带过来的，谭雪怎么也没想到，王二毛能干出这种禽兽不如的事情。她拼命用手打王二毛、用脚蹬王二毛，并大喊救命，但怎么敌得过虎狼般的王二毛。在谭雪精疲力竭之后，王二毛按住谭的手脚，将谭雪奸污。胆小的谭雪吓得不敢跟家人说，也没敢报警。一周后，因为家里有亲戚办喜事，王二毛和谭雪一起回了老家。谭雪在和父亲说话时，无意间将此事说了出来。谭父顿时火冒三丈，将王二毛揪出来一顿暴打。考虑到是同村人，而且是远亲，张扬出去对小孩也不好，谭父便提出让王二毛出八千块钱私了，但王二毛说钱太多了，拒绝了谭父的要求。
此后，谭父得知事发当晚谭雪所穿的内裤还没有洗，便以此为证据，准备告发王二毛。王二毛知道后，心里有点怕，便委托姐夫吴一风去谭家协商。谈话间，谭父拿出了谭雪的内裤，以示证据确凿。不想，吴一风以“看看 ”为名一把抢过内裤，一路狂奔到村头水塘里，一顿狂搓，将内裤给洗了。洗完后，吴一风竟然返回谭家，将湿乎乎的内裤还给了谭父，“现在你什么证据都没有了，看你还怎么告啊。”谭父见证据被毁，恼怒异常，当即打电话报警。警方调查后，确认了王二毛强奸谭雪的事实。随后，王二毛被以强奸罪判处有期徒刑三年六个月。吴一风因帮助毁灭犯罪证据，情节严重，其行为已构成帮助毁灭证据罪。鉴于吴一风有认罪悔罪表现，对其酌情从轻处罚并适用缓刑。最终，吴一风被判处有期徒刑六个月，缓刑一年。
