03 A gentleman of few words
工字厅的匾额记载着清华的历史，厚重的朱门把游廊深深地锁在了里面，昔日的王侯府第如今已成了校长办公的地方。想起了清华的终生校长梅贻琦先生。这位可敬的“寡言君子”，当时的外国人也都称他为“a gentleman of few words”。他的教育思想如今依然广为流传，“大学，非大楼之谓也，乃大师之谓也”、“学生没有坏的，坏学生都是教坏的”。看着古月堂繁茂的花木，想着远去的欢声笑语，心里泛起了淡淡的忧伤。
